Return Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Preorders

• All preorder items are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
• Please ensure you are certain before placing a preorder.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
