Yes! All our consoles, games, and accessories are 100% original and authentic, sourced directly from official distributors and trusted partners.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Currently, we ship across the UAE and GCC countries. International shipping options will be announced soon – stay tuned!

How long does delivery take?

- UAE: 1–2 business days - GCC: 3–7 business days You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping charges?

- UAE: Free delivery on orders above AED 299; AED 20 for orders below. - GCC: Flat rate of AED 50 or calculated at checkout. - International: Calculated at checkout (coming soon).

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order through our courier partners.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD within the UAE. Other payment options include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Stripe.

Do you offer warranties on consoles and accessories?

Yes. All consoles and accessories come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details vary by product and brand.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For defective or faulty items, please contact our support team for assistance.

Absolutely! You can pre-order upcoming releases to secure your copy before launch day. Pre-order bonuses may also be available depending on the title.
